    Love this channel you deserve way more subs ps started working out about 3 months ago but not started to lose weight about a month ago and in that month I went from 197 to 179 but I have gained muscle mass and in a month I haven't had a rest day so what I want to know is that if I should ease up or keep on doing what I'm doing?

    Personally I lost 30lbs in 5 months doing low carb and working out. Couple things that are important to note: 1st I was already fit in a beefy sort of way…I had worked out regularly (cardio and weights on a push/pull/legs split) for many years prior. 2nd I am in my mid 40's and had gained the weight basically as a byproduct of ageing. I would workout hard as I had always done and eat basically whatever I wanted making sure that it was more or less "healthy"…some meat, some complex carbs, some fruits or veggies, you know the drill. Very little sweets but generally some alcohol…couple beers or glasses of wine most nights. ANYWAY as I got older I gained about 3lbs of fat each year despite working out until eventually I found myself at 225lbs on a 6' frame. Enter low carb…I worked out same as always cut the alcohol and ate until I was full…but always low carb. If it wasn't a meat, an egg, a cheese, a fruit or veggie, or a nut I didn't eat it. Period. Like I said I lost 30lbs in 5 months and was rarely hungry. It works.

    Probably the main reason they did not die of heart disease, cancer etc is their lifespan was not long enough in the first place. As far being lean LOL just daily survival was tough so kind of hard to get fat just from daily living.

    Paleolithic skeletons indicated a life expectancy of 35.4 years for men and 30.0 years for women, which includes a high rate of infant mortality. This is consistent with data from the Inuit that I posted a while back (life expectancy excluding infant mortality = 43.5 years)

    The Paleo Diet is actually the exact opposite of what you should be eating. Eating grains, lectins, starches and fruits/veggies are the healthiest for you to eat. Study after study shows that meat has so many fats that are more unhealthy for you than most candy (even the "lean" meat). Look up the starch and fruit based diets and the facts. You will be amazed to learn how The Paleo Diet is actually the exact opposite of what we should be eating!

    Who would`ve thought that I have been able of reaching these wonderful final results? I discovered my weight was 9 pounds lighter right after two days. Most it took was a google search due to this paleo program “loso shocking plan” for me to understand all this. This cook book has recipes that even the hungriest man will appreciate.

    Following the paleo program was worthwhile because I acquired good results. You have to google “loso shocking plan” since the results were truly shocking. A friend of mine dropped 15 pounds of weight, as well. I`m really fired up to cook utilizing the recipes in this program. They sound scrumptious and healthy!

    This particular “loso shocking plan” paleo program (Google it) was such a simple method for me to reduce 14 lbs in the short 14 days I have been following it. I had to spend almost an hour to get 2 pages of healthy and enticing recipes I wish to try.

    Fatty meats, not lean. Listen to Nina Teicholz interviews. Maybe you misspoke, it wouldnt make sense to say butter & avocado & fatty oils like coconut oil are fine but use them with lean meat. no no, the fattier the better. Grains straight up kill ppl.

    Some people have evolved better to eat grains. A diet like keto or the paleo diet would be better for specific people. Humans that until Europeans meddled in their eating habits, ate a high fat low carb diet. Such as many Pacific Islanders
