Today we’ll cook veg clear soup First boil the vegetables 1/4 cup cabbage 1/4 cup sliced carrots 1/2 cup bottle gourd (lauki) 1/4 cup cauliflower 1 medium sized onion sliced Put all these vegetables into the cooker Pour 5 cups of water in the cooker Put 1 tsp salt in it Mix it Close the lid and cook it up to 4-5 whistles Close the lid and cook it up to 4-5 whistles After cooking upto 4-5 whistles and cooling down the cooker Open the lid Strain it in a strainer Let the vegetables cool down Then grind in a mixer jar Put the vegetables in a mixer jar Grind them After grinding the vegetables remove them in a pan Put the stock strained from vegetables in the mixer jar and take the leftover vegetable puree from the jar Light the stove Take a vegetable magic masala cube Put it in the soup Mix it Cook the soup till a boil After a boil Add 1/2 tsp salt Or add it as per your taste Add 1/2 tsp white pepper powder Mix it Put the soup aside And saute the vegetables For stir frying vegetables Put 1 tsp butter Put 1 tsp oil Put 2 tblsp finely chopped french beans (green beans) Saute it on low flame for a minute Put 2 tblsp finely chopped carrots Saute the carrots for a few seconds Adjust the flame to medium Put 3 tblsp finely chopped cabbage Put 2 tblsp finely chopped green capsicum Stir fry the vegetables on high flame for a few seconds Put 1/4 tsp salt Mix it Don’t cook the vegetables too much They should remain crunchy Now put the vegetables in the soup After adding the vegetables Don’t boil the soup too much Turn off the gas stove Put 1/4 cup green onion leaves Mix it and remove in the serving bowl
