    How long do the dishes last? I saw you had a big jar of smoothie and also the salmon, prawn and tofu dishes for example. Do you store them in the fridge and how long would they last ? The whole week? Mignt sound like a dumb question but i dont cook haha..

    I've recently saved the playlist and thought I'd look at this meal plan. I was shocked at how much salt you're adding to nearly every meal! I read salt causes bloating and water retention, which is something I have cut back on, I've also been trying to slowly reduce the amount of sugar I have, like in my hot tea and near enough cut out coffee. 'Diet' is very difficult for me due to allergy, allergic to red, green and yellow peppers. I can't stand ginger either and I can't have anything with soya or lactose. I have also cut out beef altogether since I can't digest it. So I think even though my results may take a longer time I have to skip the meal plans but they do all look very nice.

    I`ve been taking this diet “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) for some days now and so far I like them! I have the vitality I would like without curbing the urge for food without having making me feel jittery. I did absolutely nothing special on my very own diet program and I still are able to shed my bodyweight to 7 pounds. .

    I have tried using several fat loss programs already but not one of them provided me the results like I obtained out of this “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) process. I don’t truly feel jittery or feel a crash, I’m also not as hungry as I used to. Ever since applying the tactics described in this particular program, I lost 15 pounds currently. .
