WEIGHT LOSS WEIGH IN 19 | KEILA KETO


hi guys it’s Keila I am back with
another weight loss weigh-in last week I
had finally hit the 80s the 180th I was
187 on the dot and this week I gained
literally like what but I know why I
know why it’s actually at that time of
the month for me I know that might be
TMI but so that’s so the way that I did
do I’m not even too hung up on it and
that just means next week I’m gonna have
a great number so I’m super excited for
next week let’s go ahead and get into
the weigh-in though so this week I
stepped on the scale and I weighed 187
point four pounds so that is the leaking
of 0.4 pounds I treat every weight game
the same because I feel like one week if
you gain weight like a pound it might be
just for fluctuation same as 0.4 so I’ve
not too long up on the weight gain now
it’s not a tremendous amount for me to
like be nervous and have to reevaluate
what I’m doing it might just simply be I
have to upload it right now and I have
yeah I’m just going through it but hey I
actually am happy to come on here to let
you guys know that it’s not always about
losing weight each week I’ve had weeks
where I it is that time of the month and
I still have been managing to lose
weight so this was one of those weeks
where you know what I had maybe a little
bit to drop too much chocolate or
something I don’t know but I’m okay with
the weight game
I’ll be honest I didn’t go to the gym at
all this week so I know that probably
had a lot to do with it so I’m just
ready for my body to be moving I’m
actually about to head to the gym now
which is why I have my workout clothes
on and no makeup on but I just wanted to
come on here and do a quick update on
what has been happening to me and I’m
just been going to the gym
cooking my food if anyone is struggling
I know I’ve gotten a lot of messages
lately talking about how people are it’s
hard for them to just start and I
understand I understand I’ve been
wanting to start for a while before I
like officially started and I just say
take it one meal at a time like
breakfast you might be spot-on perfect
lunch you might slip up dinner you might
be back on track so it really doesn’t
matter like how how you start it’s just
taking the initiative to just try to
change one singular thing that you can
control so you can control whether you
know you eat that you know pizza or you
make a salad like you can control those
things and yeah we we have excuses for
ourselves like this week I did not feel
like cooking but I was like I need a
milk prep video so I was like I’m gonna
just take a day
cook food enjoy life and that’s right
thing so I just want to give you guys a
little bit of word of encouragement but
I’m about to hit the gym so I’m gonna go
ahead and cut this short as always if
you guys do like these weight loss
weight and let me know by hitting that
thumbs up and if you are not getting

Bell as well so you know when I pose I’m
trying to post more for you guys yeah
Beppo pretty much stay on this journey
even if you are a failure this week
because I don’t feel like a failure but
and some people’s eyes a weight gain is
bill so you might have to feel every
but in the end they’ll be worth it

    I love these weigh-in vids so much (makes this journey feel a little less lonely lol) and this is pretty reassuring to hear. I've been holding onto some water weight as well and it can be a little irksome (just a little) especially when I'm not quite sure myself what's causing it, but I've been telling myself to 'trust the deficit' over and over lol. Congrats on this week no matter what the scale says!

    I had found one of my old photos of a younger, happier, fit me and I remembered how that use to feel. I looked at the picture while I looked at myself in the mirror…
