Hey girl! An old Goat Lady a hair older then you. I used to go to the gym constantly and was in great shape. I tried to leave the area I am in and went to work in Florida for a year. My thing now is working out and it being meaningful. Going to the gym is a total waste of time. I go to the farm and can spend a day and burn a bunch more calories and it being productive.
Not sure where you are, I am in Alabama and grow most of my own food, have a small herd of Nigerian Dwarf Goats and have the goat milk, cheese, etc. I am working toward non GMO feed for my goats. To go organic in goat feed is just NOT SUSTAINABLE and can not afford the feed. I try hard not to buy GMO alfalfa. That is getting more difficult. But I can relate to your issues and even though I am an old Goat Lady, think I can help you with your heath issues if you are willing to try. I am almost 59, a bit fluffy, but can out work most folks here. I work a full time job, farm and my goats are a top milk production herd in the nation. My diva's produce some awesome milk. Anyway, you look sad, raising baby goats bouncing around is worth all the work….And one can not help to smile…

Hi 😊 my stomach/digestion took time to adjust to the fats but thru research realized it was my gallbladder not producing enough bile, adjusted some foods and lowered the fat and it helped a lot! Also if you keep your electrolytes up the first few days with a supplement you'll avoid the flu if you ever want to research it more I don't know if you've checked out Dr Eric Berg but the information is priceless to get you into it. Good Luck and stay healthy (that's the important part 😊) God bless!
